OUR SERVICES

CONSULTING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Do you need a second (or first) set of eyes to meet with your customers to review their applications? With over 30 years of experience in industrial applications including automotive, aerospace, pharmaceutical, raw manufacturing, warehousing and many others our team have probably helped many others with similar challenges and we are confident we can help you support your customer in the best way possible.

BUILDING & STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS

Do you need P.Eng sealed drawings or letters? Do you want to bid on jobs that require code compliance and Engineering confirmations/certifications?

Our Principal Engineer has over 25 years of experience and is licensed to sign off on a wide variety of civil, structural and welding engineering processes and designs.

DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES

Do you have ideas on a solution to a materials handling or structural steel problem? Need specialists to do the heavy lifting? From Mezzanines and Railings, to Lifting Beams and Tank Supports – as simple as Flagpoles or as complex as complete Industrial buildings we have the experience and resources to help you with your project.

OVERHEAD CRANES & STRUCTURES

Let our team of experts work with you to create or review your Section 14 or 41 specifications. Over the years we have seen hundreds of specifications that are unclear or unbuildable, leaving suppliers and contractors to ‘do their best’ to fulfill the build contractors – many times without owner’s knowledge or best interests in mind.
Whether you are an owner, architect, consulting engineer, design-build contractor or general contractor chances are you have come across specifications that are either confusing or conflicting.

CERTIFIED PADS & FOUNDATIONS

Did you know that all machinery pads, crane foundations, concrete modifications to buildings and any other civil work needs to be P.Eng stamped and certified by a specialist in the arena?

Many industrial buildings are created with the minimal floor design, slab-on-grade, designed for lightweight forklift, cart and foot traffic. The floors may be suitable for some racking or light duty overhead crane systems or conveyors – or they may not.

GORBEL SOLUTIONS

With over 30 years’ experience solving materials handling challenges some would think we have seen it all. But we still believe that every application is unique, every client has specific needs, and that there are always several solutions available to solve a particular problem.

At EXELS we will never try to force a solution on you, we want to tailor the materials handling equipment to your process and product, not the other way around. We work hard to understand your business, your processes and your needs before we ever offer our suggestions.
