  • Our 1st visit is no charge – we visit your customer, with or without you, and then meet with you to review the inquiry and determine the best path forward, whether utilizing your existing resources or helping with solutions outside your typical scope of work. There is no risk and no obligation. We will then discuss with you if/how we can provide more support, whether through a commission-based arrangement [i.e. where we only get paid if you make a sale] or through a consulting arrangement; depending on the complexity of the project and deliverables required. We work with you to make sure your costs are controlled and always strive to add value at every step.
  • We can tailor our services to your specific situation, providing ongoing regular sales support and mentorship for your existing team, or simply to have expertise available on an as-needed basis.
  • Almost all of our clients have multiple projects on the go, and many find it difficult to manage multiple competing demands for resources.
  • Our team can work with you; especially on small projects, where you may not have time to fully service the project. We can outline milestones, forecast demands, look for potential red flags and provide your customers with reports or feedback in the format they prefer.
  • This allows you to focus on performing the work, and may also provide the opportunity to look at your business from a ‘big picture’ viewpoint with a fresh perspective to see which projects are performing better than others, which need more attention and ultimately how to service your customers better.
